Hallmarked REVERE (Kane Mark 7), Boston, Used, Choice Extremely Fine. This Silver Porringer was Handmade by the historic famous American Silversmith and Patriot Paul Revere Jr. The Silver Porringer bowl measures about 5 in diameter, about 2.25 deep and 7.75 long including its ornate handle.Hallmark punched REVERE on the inside bottom. The ornate keyhole handle is Hand-Engraved on the front by Paul Revere with the initials AB. This example is identified as it has two shallow minor bumps apparently acquired during actual use on the left side, which tend to enhance the originality and daily use character of this fine example of Paul Reveres Silversmith work in this Coin Silver Porringer. This fine quality Silver Porringer is Hallmarked with the full REVERE Hallmark Punch on the interior bottom of the bowl, located at center, with a small shallow centering pellet indent mark below.

Mark 7 used here, is shown illustrated, identified as only used by Paul Revere, Jr. The American Revolutionary War Patriot. Weight about 7.54 troy oz. Length 7.75 inches, diameter of Bowl 5 inches.
