Striking Large Vintage Hand Made Sterling Silver & Turquoise & Coral Ring

There are 7 turquoise stones and 4 pieces of dark red Mediterranean coral. The ring measures 2 inches in length and 1½ inches at the widest point. It weighs 23.6 grams, is a size 8½ and is signed in script which is difficult to decipher.
