Vintage Sterling Silver Abalone Butterfly Pin Made in Mexico

Vintage sterling silver abalone butterfly pin. The back is stamped "925 MEXICO". The rest of the official silver maker's mark is buffed out except for "C-". The wings and body of the butterfly on this striking brooch are inlaid with abalone shell.

The pin measures 1 3/4" long by 1 3/4" wide. It is in good condition.
